O’Donnell/Snider Construction is a Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces 2014 Winner
O’Donnell/Snider Construction is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of this year’s Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces.
The annual Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces 2014 special report recognizes Houston’s top 150 workplaces based on employee surveys. More than 78,000 Houston-area employees participated in evaluating their employers for this year's report. Rankings were divided into three categories: small, midsize and large.
Companies were selected as winners based on a comprehensive analysis conducted by Workplace Dynamics LLC, which measured qualities such as company leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity.

Our employees are the catalyst of our growth and the reason we are a Top Workplace!” - Trey Snider, Principal at O’Donnell/Snider Construction.
“Our employees are our greatest asset. We have experienced a significant amount of growth over the last few years and we are extremely proud of what our company has become, and our reputation in the marketplace. We have always considered our employees as family. We are just a bigger family!” - Randy O’Donnell, Principal at O’Donnell/Snider Construction.
