Randy’s project experience has run the gamut of size and scopefrom $500,000 to over $10 million and office remodels to new construction. Prior to co-founding O’Donnell/Snider Construction, he honed his skills at Gierhart/Vaughn and Tellepsen Corp. on a wide variety of projects, including medical, office, industrial, retail, and country clubs. A native Houstonian with a family background in construction spanning over 60 years, Randy has worked in all facets and is well-versed in the traditional tried and true industry methods as well as the latest cutting-edge techniques and technologies that increase quality while decreasing costs and schedule. |

Specializing in high-end interiors, Trey has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His projects, which include office, retail, and medical, total more than 15 million square feet of commercial interior space. Having a degree in Finance, he also oversees the majority of the firm’s business affairs, including contract development and marketing. Well-liked by clients for his professionalism and easy-going nature, he has garnered numerous outstanding testimonials and has generated a large number of referrals and repeat business. |

With his exceptional business and people skills, Lance has been a key player in O’Donnell/Snider’s growth since joining the firm in 1992 helping it to grow from a small interiors firm to one of the premier interior construction companies in the Houston area. He has also helped the firm establish a strong presence in Austin by developing a strong client and subcontractor base in that area’s commercial interior market. Throughout his 14-year career in the construction industry, Lance has accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of the field including project management, estimating and scheduling, and contract development. |

Bill Burns, Vice President - Special Projects Mr. Burns joined O’Donnell/Snider Construction in June 2000 and has over 20 years experience in project management. He has completed coursework at College of the Mainland. Mr. Burns’ responsibilities have included: business development, contract negotiations and administration, estimating, scheduling, evaluation and selection of subcontractors, review and analysis of shop drawing and submittal data, compliance with code enforcement and safety regulations. |

Terry Atmar, Vice President-Operations Mr. Atmar joined O’Donnell/Snider Construction, Inc. in 1998. His background in ground-up construction includes both commercial and residential projects. Mr. Atmar possesses proven experience in corporate interiors including several law firms, complex computer rooms and fiber-optic switch rooms, labs, record storage facilities and technical training centers.
