O’Donnell/Snider Construction renovated the existing two-story Lamar Madison Monroe Educational Building, implementing comprehensive facility improvements throughout the 40,000-square-foot educational structure. The scope included full hazardous material abatement, selective demolition, and complete replacement of the MEPT (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology) systems.
Structural modifications reinforced the building’s framework and supported the integration of a new sky bridge connecting to the adjacent Monroe Building. Interior upgrades feature new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and finishes coordinated with reconfigured classroom layouts and faculty offices.
The renovation addressed pre-existing structural deficiencies while enhancing educational functionality within the existing campus footprint.
