For this new space in Houston, Gensler designed a modern, sleek environment.

The client team members who brought this Houston space to life reflect the firm’s commitment to culture and brand, with members from Chicago, New York, and Washington D.C. OSC was brought into the process early as a construction partner during pre-construction and design. Success in achieving our client’s goals in schedule, cost and the highest level of materials detailing was due largely to early participation and strong communications between all the prime decision makers.
