SmithGroup, an architect firm based in Dallas, recently expanded their operations to the Houston area. O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) was engaged to remodel the office space located at 1801 Main St. The new layout features a large employee lounge, huddle rooms, a conference room, and a spacious open workstation area. In addition, there is a library adjacent to the lounge for staff use. The flooring in the office is a combination of polished cement and carpet, while a large graphic is showcased on the exterior wall of the conference room, adding a modern touch to the overall design. The overall layout and aesthetic of the space reflect the innovative and collaborative culture of SmithGroup, creating an inspiring environment for their team in Houston.
