C.I.A. Services, a management company providing services to more than 100 community associations in the Houston and San Antonio areas, is getting a new regional headquarters in Humble.
O’Donnell/Snider Construction will build the 15,000-square-foot office building at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, with completion planned in June 2021. The single-story building was designed by Tramonte Design Studio.
“As a Houston-based establishment for over 36 years, it was a natural and logical decision for us to acquire a permanent base in the Humble area,” C.I.A. Executive Vice President Renea Miksch said in an announcement. “The new construction headquarters allows our team members to work more efficiently to exceed expectations and better serve our communities. With the goal of further growth in the Houston metropolitan area, this move complements C.I.A Services’ ongoing mission to provide every level of quality service that a community association needs.”
The company provides billing and collection services, budget preparation, deed restriction management, facilities management, coordinates community association board meetings and annual meetings. It will relocate its office in southwest Houston to a 2,400-square-foot space at One Park 10 Plaza on Interstate 10 West near Texas 6 in November. The changes will not interrupt service, according to C.I.A.
