NAIOP Houston’s Dirt to Delivery program was hosted at 1550 on the Green, Skanska’s latest downtown development. The program offered an inside look at how this transformative project came to life.

Marc Perilloux, President and COO of O’Donnell/Snider Construction, moderated the panel discussion with Shannon Emerson, Senior Manager of Development at Skanska, and Ben Llana, Vice President of Development. Together, they walked the audience through the process from early vision to delivery, sharing insights on the coordination and strategy required to shape a project of this scale in Houston’s urban core.
