O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) recently celebrated the topping out of Shenandoah Medical Plaza, marking the completion of the structural framework for the new three-story medical office building and another important milestone in expanding access to outpatient healthcare services in Montgomery County.

Developed by Pinecroft Realty, the 39,833-square-foot medical office building is designed to serve the region’s growing healthcare needs. The facility is 100% preleased and will be occupied by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including primary care, nephrology, urology, cardiology, infectious disease, and other specialty medical practices.

The topping out ceremony recognizes the successful completion of the building’s structural frame and the collaboration among the owner, design and construction teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders who worked together to reach this milestone.

With the structural steel now complete, construction will continue with exterior enclosure, building systems installation, and interior buildout as the project progresses toward completion.
