A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at CAZ Investments to celebrate the completion of their new office renovation at Four Oaks Place, located at 1360 Post Oak.

The renovation marked CAZ Investments’ relocation from One Riverway and a significant expansion of its office footprint, nearly doubling in size to approximately 20,100 square feet. The scope included a full demolition and renovation with custom interior buildouts designed to support collaboration and growth.

The ribbon cutting brought together CAZ Investments, project partners, and the construction team to mark this milestone. O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) is proud to have partnered with CAZ Investments and looks forward to supporting the firm’s continued growth in its new space.
