O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), together with J.D. Silva & Associates, Powers Brown Architecture, and project partners, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the law firm’s headquarters in Pearland.

Located at 13949 South Freeway, the approximately 42,400-square-foot, three-story building will serve as the future home of J.D. Silva & Associates. The new ground-up office building, known as Lawplex, is designed to support the firm’s continued growth while creating a distinctive new presence along the South Freeway corridor.

Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the building will feature a modern glass exterior, staggered floor plates, a rooftop patio, and a prominent central staircase designed to be illuminated at night. J.D. Silva & Associates plans to occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of the building, with the first floor available for future office or retail tenants.

Construction is expected to take approximately 12 to 14 months.
