MANVEL, Texas – July 7, 2026 — O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), together with Vitala Emergency Center, Green Window Group, BB+W Architects, city officials, project partners, and trade contractors, celebrated the topping out of the future Vitala Emergency Center, marking the completion of the building’s structural framework and another significant step toward bringing 24-hour emergency care to the rapidly growing Manvel community.

The approximately 7,700 square foot facility, formerly introduced as the Manvel Emergency Center, is being developed by Green Window Group in partnership with founders Amir Bashiri, Dr. Jean Joseph, and Dr. Philip Zachariah. Once complete, the emergency center will provide around-the-clock emergency medical services, expanding access to high quality healthcare for residents throughout Manvel and the surrounding area.

The topping out ceremony celebrated not only the progress of construction but also the collaboration among the ownership team, design professionals, trade partners, and community leaders who have helped bring the vision to life.
