Students Tour Our Most Recent Ground-Up

Texas A&M University’s Construction Science students recently toured two OSC projects. Their first stop was our Modisoft Inc jobsite where Joey Scott and Michael Onuoha. provided an in-depth look at a ground-up project.

Following this, the tour proceeded to The West Law Firm Headquarters, completed by OSC in 2020, where David Payne took the lead in showing the intricacies of managing and completing such a large-scale project.

This visit, organized by Jordon Powell, with Brandon Meyers, LEED AP, Michael Ruppert, and Johnette Rosenbalm facilitating the welcome, gave the students a comprehensive view into the practical aspects of construction, enhancing their academic knowledge with real-world industry insights.
