C3’s mission is to make careers in the construction trades attractive in order to create a safe, skilled and sustainable craft workforce for the future. This objective is achieved through a foundational OSHA safety requirement, evergreen C3 Safety Refresher Training and by consulting with construction companies, free of charge, to help them develop and implement competitive Talent Management practices and skills training linked to construction career paths for their craft workers.
O’Donnell/Snider has been a C3 accredited General Contractor for five years.
The Heritage Plaza project is our first C3 Certified Project.
