OSC Announces The Newest Company Principal

We are proud to announce that David Payne is now a Principal with O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC). Since joining OSC in 2014, David has become an integral member of our executive leadership team. With over 15 years of construction industry experience, David is recognized as a leader whose teams consistently exceed client expectations. He has led our New Construction Division since its inception and is focused on growing the division by developing new relationships and expanding existing partnerships. David’s proactive thought-leadership has been vital to our New Construction Division’s growth.  Under his leadership, his division has more than doubled in production and provides over 25% of OSC’s annual revenue.
