After more than 30 years in the construction industry and over eleven impactful years at O’Donnell/Snider Construction, including over ten years as a shareholder, we announce the planned retirement of Cory Burkhalter, set for December 12, 2025.

As the founder and leader of OSC’s Healthcare & Research Division, Cory has been instrumental in shaping our company’s presence in the healthcare market. Through his leadership, the Division has become a respected partner recognized for its expertise in complex projects, exceptional service, and a commitment to excellence.

Cory’s legacy is defined not only by the successful projects he led but by the relationships he built and the people he mentored. His influence helped develop a strong internal team and positioned the Division as a trusted contractor across the Greater Houston healthcare community.

While we will greatly miss Cory’s leadership, we are excited to celebrate this milestone. With an experienced team in place and a commitment to continuing the standards he helped establish, OSC’s Healthcare & Research Division is well-positioned for continued success in the years ahead.

As Cory and his wife, Jackie, embrace their next chapter as recent empty nesters, he looks forward to taking time to reflect, recharge, and explore new ways to share the knowledge and experience he has gained over his career.
