Staircase Wall Featuring Mixed Materials

Maverick Natural Resources partnered with O’Donnell/Snider Construction to relocate its Houston Headquarters to 1000 Main Street. The project involved demolishing three full floors plus a partial floor, followed by the concurrent construction of the new layouts. The suite’s internal staircase showcases a wall designed artistically to catch the eye, incorporating materials such as stone, leather, metal, and wood paneling. Offices throughout the space feature DIRTT office fronts, and specialty acoustical slatted ceilings are installed in designated locations.
