Asset Living recently relocated to the 945 Bunker Hill office building, where its team members have access to many desirable amenities. For the transition, O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) demolished the space on the 14th floor and rebuilt it in collaboration with Ziegler Cooper Architects. The suite’s renovation features DIRTT offices and conference rooms, premium millwork, stone flooring, and select areas showcase open ceilings. OSC worked closely with Asset Living and Ziegler Cooper throughout the project to review different materials and design elements and provided valuable input on how to best allocate the budget.
