On January 13, 2026, O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) celebrated the topping out of the LBJ New Patient Parking Garage, marking a key milestone in the delivery of this project for the Harris Health System campus. The topping out signifies the completion of the structure’s vertical phase and reflects steady progress within a complex healthcare construction environment.

Constructed within an active hospital campus, the project requires thoughtful sequencing, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and a continued focus on safety and quality. The parking garage will enhance patient and visitor access to the LBJ campus and support ongoing hospital operations as part of the larger campus transformation.
