As one of Houston’s leading commercial real estate companies, Colliers International has been a repeat client of O’Donnell/Snider Construction through the years. Colliers expanded to occupy a full floor and a half. The project scope included offices with sliding doors, open workspaces, and a large boardroom. The space also incorporated an internal stair connecting the client’s two floors. The layout combined unique elements throughout the office, inclusive of underlighting under the reception desk and a colorful mural of the Houston skyline on one of the breakroom’s walls.
