Full Floor Law Office Remodel & Expansion

Reynolds Frizzell partnered with O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to remodel and expand its downtown Houston office into a full-floor, 24,000-square-foot workspace. Our team had previously completed an earlier buildout on the floor and returned to complete the full remodel as the firm grew into the entire space. The layout was remodeled to support the expansion, with some existing offices remaining in place. Scope included wood floors in name partner offices, plaster ceilings, millwork portals, a remodeled reception area, and a breakroom and lounge with high-end finishes throughout. Delivered on time and without disruption, the remodel was completed efficiently from start to finish.
