New Space for a Repeat Client

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) has been EnCap Investment’s trusted construction partner for over 10 years. During our 10-year relationship, OSC has completed multiple projects at various locations. Our relationship continues to grow as EnCap selected OSC to complete their relocation project at their 9655 Katy Freeway location. This high-end project is the 1st generation buildout of 1-1/2 floors incorporating wood veneer, glass office fronts, and Eurospan fabric ceilings in their conference rooms. Other unique ceiling finishes are incorporated throughout the space including wood baffle, drywall, and open ceiling. Adding interest to the design, the floors utilize stone, carpet, and wood planks. The elevator lobby seamlessly integrates into the office design with acoustical fabric wrapped panels and wood veneer trim.
