The renovation project features an internal staircase enclosed in etched glass walls

Jefferies Group LLC, a full service investment banking firm headquartered in New York and with a multitude of office around the world, hired OSC to expand their Houston office into a floor and a half at 333 Clay Street. The renovation project features an internal staircase enclosed in etched glass walls and incorporates an accent stone wall connecting the 24th and 25th floor; this staircase allows smooth access between all departments. Throughout the 2-floor layout, various wall panels were installed, such as fabric wrapped, stained wood, back-painted glass, and bronze metal wall panels. The scope was also inclusive of staff offices comprising of Maars walls and office fronts, stone floors, open workstations, conference rooms and a large breakroom and lounge.
