Luxurious Finishes

Jones Day is a privately-owned, global law firm with over 40 offices worldwide. The law firm, founded in 1893, sought a construction partner with experience with law firms and high-end corporate interiors to build out their new Houston office. Jones Day put a high emphasis on maintaining brand consistency throughout each of their existing offices. Gensler Houston designed Jones Day’s new A-Class Houston office space with modern lines and finishes to accomplish their goal for brand consistency, unifying the look of their new space with their other offices. OSC was hired by Jones Day as their general contractor and started our partnership with our new client during preconstruction. The law firm’s new office is located on levels 32 and 33, the top two floors of Houston’s Calpine Center Tower, located in Downtown Houston. The space included luxurious finishes such as Italian Azul Bahia granite, marble flooring throughout, MAARS glass office fronts, acoustic wall paneling, and private shower rooms and restrooms were created to enhance the employees’ office experience.
