The restoration of Chase Tower revitalized this historic high-rise while preserving its timeless character. The underutilized plaza was reimagined as a dynamic gathering space, featuring new canopies, trellis structures, lush landscaping, custom seating, and planters that blur the lines between indoors and out.

Inside, multiple levels were remodeled to include modern conference centers, flexible training rooms, boardrooms, and lounges with all new finishes. The most striking feature is the glass pyramid curtain wall that spans the full height and width of the lobby facade. This dramatic focal point frames a lively plaza where patrons now enjoy food and beverage vendors in a welcoming atmosphere.

The renewal transformed this historic icon into a destination, striking a balance between history and modern amenities, and breathing new life into downtown Houston.
