Motiva has teamed up with O'Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to completely modernize their Houston headquarters. The project included two internal connecting staircases. The main stair is a statement piece that connects the second and third floor, and is accented with a water feature that cascades down its center. High end finishes and premier lighting highlight the contrast between the marble and wood elements.
