Combines Style & Practicality

OSC was selected to complete Ryde Studio’s location in the Heights, a project that combines style and practicality. The structure was elevated to accommodate the lot size and the active Houston neighborhood, enabling underground detention and providing additional spaces for ground-level car and bicycle parking. The upper level includes the indoor cycling studio, locker rooms, and retail area. The studio features polished concrete and rubber-matted floors, Venetian plaster walls, custom stone benches, noise prevention through K-13 insulation, a custom AV sound system, and adjustable lighting. The exterior consists of curtain walls, metal panels, burnished CMU, and wood-like metal architectural fins, achieving a unique urban look.
