Shenandoah Medical Plaza has officially broken ground. The project will deliver a new 40,000 square foot medical office building that will bring several healthcare practices to the growing Shenandoah and Woodlands community.

O’Donnell Snider Construction joined the project team to celebrate the milestone alongside the physicians involved in the development, Pinecroft Realty, LLC, Browne McGregor Architects Inc., and representatives from Visit Shenandoah, TX, and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce.

This new facility will expand access to healthcare services in the area while supporting the continued growth of the Shenandoah community. Construction is now underway, and our team looks forward to bringing this project to completion.
