Bechtel relocated its Houston headquarters to two buildings within the CityWestPlace office complex. Building Three received a full renovation from the basement through level nine, and Building Four added three renovated floors.

Outdated spaces were completely rebuilt with modern, industrial interiors that feature DIRRT walls, custom woodwork, skyfold partitions, switchable glass, and acoustical fabric ceiling panels. Lobby and elevator areas were refreshed with new finishes, creating a contemporary workplace designed to support Bechtel employees in a high-performing, upscale environment. The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable design and construction.
