Modern Experience

The Eldridge Oaks building has undergone renovations to offer a modern experience to its tenants. A spacious lounge and bar area with open ceilings were included, complete with stylish lighting fixtures consisting of chandeliers and custom-made metalwork. Tambour Paneling can be found in the lounge area banquettes, as well as in the first and second-level elevator lobbies. The building also features a conference space, a state-of-the-art fitness center with Mondo flooring, and locker rooms furnished with showers. The exterior portion of the project included building entrance modifications, landscaping, and revitalizing a patio featuring a fire pit and comfortable seating areas.
