Two-Story Medical Office

O’Donnell/Snider Construction has partnered with Browne McGregor Architects to create a modern two-story development on a three (3) acre site. This includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with 3–4 ORs and a clinic/med spa, both located on the 1st floor. The project included the development of all site and infrastructure components. The interior layout is tailored to meet the needs of a medical practice, incorporating waiting areas, reception, nurses’ stations, and exam rooms, among other features. The exterior is enhanced with a surface parking lot and landscaping.
