Transwestern’s 1900 West Loop South, home to several companies including OSC.

Abel Design Group incorporated multiple playful accents into their design for the space, including theatrical hanging pendant lights and colorful abstract art.

A sleek wood and polished marble reception desk is offset by highly-textured slate floor and wall tiles. The contrast of colors and materials makes for an eye-catching entry to the building. Our teams finished the elevator bank with metal wall coverings.

The space takes full advantage of natural light with floor to ceiling windows on two walls; however, intelligent lighting controls throughout keep the space bright even in inclement weather. The final result of careful coordination between OSC, building management, and the architect, is an elegant and functional environment ideally suited to the needs of all. Renovations to multiple levels of connecting corridors and elevator landings were paired with the scope of work for the lobby.
