2100 West Loop South featured exterior renovations to the existing parking garage

including the addition of an aluminum louvered screen to the eastern facade and corrective modifications to the ADA parking spaces.

The project team demolished sidewalks and paving both in the parking structure, the entry driveway and the surrounding area. New sidewalks, landscaping, and irrigation were installed. The entry driveway was renovated featuring a stamped concrete pattern resembling a circle. New lighting in the parking garage and entry drivway completed this multi-level renovation.
