Full Demolition & Custom Interior Buildout

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) partnered with CAZ Investments and Kirksey Architecture to complete an 20,100 square foot interior renovation for CAZ Investments’ relocated Houston office at Four Oaks Place. The move from One Riverway nearly doubled the firm’s office footprint, providing an expanded workplace designed to support its continued growth and growing team.

The project included full demolition and a custom interior buildout featuring a large reception area, boardroom, multiple conference rooms, an ideation area, private offices, and open workstations. Custom millwork, wood paneling, stone countertops, demountable systems, and detailed ceiling features were incorporated throughout the space, along with finish upgrades to the existing restrooms.

The completed office provides CAZ Investments with a sophisticated, functional workplace that accommodates its expanded team while reflecting the firm’s continued growth. The project showcases OSC’s experience delivering corporate interior renovations with custom architectural features, detailed finishes, and thoughtfully designed workplace environments.
