OSC has had the pleasure of working alongside Beck’s Prime for many years

on new construction projects in Houston, Katy, The Woodlands, Pflugerville and Sugar Land.

Each one of our complete ground up design build projects features a drive-through window, professional kitchen facility, exterior decking, outdoor accent lights and landscaping. For these projects, our team completed all site work and utilities, including the addition of the parking areas. Each building’s stick frame is surrounded with exterior brick and topped with a metal roof. Garage-door style windows frame the majority of the building’s facade, letting in an abundance of natural light. Our Houston location was completed in the heart of Downtown, in the busy underground tunnel system. We kept the restaurant open throughout the kitchen remodel by phasing our approach and completing work after hours. In all cases, we utilized local materials to meet a rapid timeline for completion.
