Feels Like Home

The Bridgeland Community Center commissioned O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to complete both a two-story amenity center as well as a pool and various outdoor recreational spaces. The main amenity area is a modern, standalone building constructed with wood and steel frames and finished with T&G Wood Ceilings. This one-story building is the centerpiece to the amenities deck, fitness center, main clubhouse center, and pool, also constructed by OSC. All of these features were built within a larger footprint of active construction sites, creating a need for strategic planning of the delivery and implementation of material and equipment. Through tactical thinking and conscious scheduling, OSC was able to complete the project within schedule, without interrupting surrounding construction sites.
