Belmont Village Senior Living, a fully integrated developer, owner and operator of high-quality seniors housing communities, sought a general contractor to construct their new 20,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. The project required OSC to remodel an existing, unoccupied, older tenant space located just east of the upscale Galleria area. In addition, the building was in the process of modifying the fenestration of their entire building during the construction of our client’s new space. The project features a beautiful reception area, modern breakroom, a glassed-in boardroom utilizing natural sunlight, and dHive demountable partition walls throughout.
