Relocation Project that Features a Modern Layout and Finishes

Kean Miller’s relocation within the same building was executed flawlessly by OSC. The project was initiated by a complete demolition of the space, followed by the construction of a new modern layout. The reception area is detailed with a stone accent wall and select private office fronts are differentiated with wood slider doors. The new suite features an executive coffee bar and lounge area centrally placed among the various sound proofed conference rooms. Additionally, the project scope included administrative areas, file niches, and a large copy room.
