Interior and Exterior Capital Improvements

OSC was hired to renovate an over 206,000 square feet campus for CapRidge Partners, a commercial real estate investment and property management company. This interior and exterior project with CapRidge Partners incorporated three high end lobby renovations, new stone flooring, and an exterior package. Working hand-in-hand with Abel Design Group and the owners, OSC assisted in a focused process, streamlined and constant communication efforts to deliver a completed space. The exterior package included custom metal canopy, concrete cumaru benches, and landscape. The final results of the scope highlight new receptionist areas, multiple new electronic directories, renovation of two elevator lobbies, and upgraded polished finishes to enhance the building atmosphere.
