Hines called upon OSC’s expertise in construction management

to renovate Williams Tower’s skybridge, lobby and Lounge.

When it came time for Williams Tower’s 3rd floor skybridge, lobby, and lounge to be renovated and improved, Hines turned to O’Donnell/Snider (OSC)’s expertise to execute this building repositioning project. OSC commenced the multi-phased project by placing temporary vinyl backed sheetrock walls to conceal the construction process and to act as a safety barrier, as the space was fully operational to allow tenants and visitors to travel to and from the parking garage and within the building. The multiple phases permitted the full demolition and buildback of the ceilings and the coffee bar to remain in service for the duration of the remodel. The project utilized an array of special finishes inclusive of custom laser cut stainless steel feature walls, “Forms + Surfaces” Light Wall, Yellow Goat Design custom light fixtures, and stainless steel / low iron glass railings.
