O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) continues its longstanding partnership with CITGO, delivering construction projects across multiple locations, including this first-generation, multi-floor office buildout in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Designed to support collaboration, training, and employee engagement, the project transformed two full floors into a modern workplace tailored to the operational needs of a leading energy company.
A prominent feature of the project is the internal staircase, which physically and visually connects both floors while promoting interaction and workplace connectivity. The office layout includes open workstations, RACO glass office fronts, and flexible multipurpose training rooms equipped with MODERCO retractable partitions, allowing spaces to easily adapt to meetings, training sessions, and large gatherings.
