Demountable Office Fronts

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) partnered with McDermott and Inventure to complete a 46,600 square foot interior renovation for McDermott’s relocated Houston office. The project created a modern workplace designed to support the company’s operations, introducing a new office layout and upgraded architectural finishes while retaining select existing perimeter offices.

The renovated space features demountable office fronts, open ceilings, specialty baffle ceiling features, and large format tile flooring. These elements were incorporated throughout the office to create a modern, functional workplace while maximizing portions of the existing space that could remain in place.

Through careful coordination of new construction with retained existing conditions, OSC delivered a refreshed Houston office that supports McDermott’s workplace needs. The project reflects OSC’s experience delivering corporate interior renovations that combine thoughtful planning, specialty finishes, and existing conditions to create efficient, high quality workplace environments.
