Building a Rapport

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) was enlisted again by Crowe LLP, one of Houston’s premier accounting and business advisory firms, to do a demolition and full buildback of multiple floors of their Greenway Plaza office space. Starting in 2011, OSC has built a rapport with the company, constructing various projects for them ever since. In this particular project, main highlights include a reception area with large stone floors, premium glazing in minimal polish metal trim and smooth drywall ceilings. Highly transparent layers of low-iron glass panels divide the entry, reception and client conference spaces. Additional amenities include offices, a breakroom and a large training room where employees can congregate with each other or with clients.
