Perry Homes hired O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to construct their new office at Phoenix Tower. The project entailed the demolition of the existing layouts on four floors, followed by a build-back inclusive of collaboration rooms, open workspaces, employee lounges, and an interconnecting monumental staircase. The office showcases high-end features, including baffle ceilings, stone floors, and specialty lighting. Throughout the construction process of the new space, OSC worked closely with Perry Homes and Ziegler Cooper Architects to evaluate various materials and design elements and offered valuable insight into the optimal budget allocation.
