Employee Hub with Café-Style Amenities

O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) partnered with DLR Group to complete an 11,625-square-foot renovation for the firm’s new Houston office. The project included selective demolition and a complete interior build-back that incorporated DLR Group’s national workplace standards while creating a modern, collaborative environment for its growing team. The renovated space features open ceilings with decorative lighting, custom flooring throughout, specialized ceiling treatments in the conference rooms, and a centrally located break area that serves as a focal point for employees. Thoughtfully designed workspaces, upgraded interior finishes, and flexible gathering areas support collaboration while providing a workplace that reflects DLR Group’s continued growth and commitment to design excellence.
