2025 HBJ LANDMARK AWARDS | Finalist

Group 1 Automotive, one of the largest automotive dealership groups in the United States, partnered with O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to construct their new multi-level headquarters in Town Centre. The first-generation buildout project includes a monumental staircase as a key design element, connecting the two floors and featuring a custom millwork reception desk seamlessly integrated into the stairs to create a welcoming entrance. The headquarters also includes new conference rooms, multiple huddle rooms, private offices, and open work areas to support employee collaboration and productivity. MAARS demountable walls are installed throughout the space to enhance functionality and flexibility.
