Luxury Executive Headquarters Buildout

Quantum Energy Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, hired OSC to provide preconstruction and construction services for the relocation of their headquarters into the Class A+, amenity-rich, Capitol Tower in Houston’s Central Business District. Rottet Studio, an international architecture and design firm based in Houston, designed this modern-day, 1.5 floor, jewelry box. Quantum’s new space was a first-generation buildout that occupies the top two floors of the new 36-floor building. The project consists of eight conference rooms with serveries, private offices, a private library, elevator lobbies two workstation areas, and individual break rooms on each floor. Project highlights include, inlaid backlit star in the ceiling, premium grade architectural millwork, a mix of custom Italian stone accented with oak wood detail flooring throughout the space, and MAARS office fronts and fabric wrap panels add luxury and acoustical privacy to conference room and offices. Additionally, the overhead is accented by a delicately detailed, 14-foot floating glass.
