Dr. Sukkar, the founder of the Clinic for Plastic Surgery, has been in practice for almost 20 years and enlisted OSC for the nearly 19,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, two-story medical facility designed by Browne McGregor Architects and sits on 3.5 acres. The leading-edge building incorporates approximately 20 two-story tilt-wall panels, coupled with a brick and plaster facade with extensive canopies connected to the building. It showcases a fully landscaped courtyard with water features and a surface parking lot to accommodate over 90 parking spaces. The surgery center is equipped with a 500 kW natural gas generator for emergency situations.
A copious amount of natural light is incorporated into the interiors’ sleek modern design in conjunction with stone finishes established throughout the facility. The top-level features a relaxing spa while the lower level houses the clinic and multiple procedure rooms. Guests are greeted by a poured-in-place concrete spiral staircase wrapped in terrazzo and a tranquil water feature cascading from the ceiling.
