Our client is one of the world’s leading global contractors in seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services to the offshore industry.

O’Donnell/Snider was hired months before the preliminary design was started and in conjunction with the selection of the design team. In addition, OSC provided assistance in lease/work letter negotiation to add value for Subsea 7.
The training room has a raised flooring system to allow future flexibility in layouts. The display case, which is actually a fish tank is very unique and one of the main focal points. The lighting system includes energy efficient lighting controls and daylight harvesting to reduce their power consumption. The reception desk is a custom piece to match their offshore oil & gas roots. This project was completed under budget and on time.
