Plains All American Pipeline engaged OSC to build a grand home for their Houston headquarters.

Plain’s architect, Gensler, designed an elegant lobby featuring a revealed polished granite logo wall, crisp drywall ceilings, lineal lighting with guest seating space atop carpet inset into porcelain tile.

We are proud of the complex work performed to craft the functional presentation, training and media spaces for Plains All American. Three conference spaces can be opened to combine into one large area which is thoughtfully planned to enable smooth transitions for the Plains team. Our teams engineered added structural steel bracing for the building’s existing slab above these rooms. This bracing was used in the installation of Skyfold partitions for use as automated room dividers. These streamlined accordion panels include enhanced acoustical properties, providing a high quality of sound attenuation for presentations. An advanced Audio/Visual system, including ceiling-mounted projectors, make the space a perfect fit for Plains’ needs.

The main conference room takes maximum advantage of Plains’ excellent 16th floor views. In addition, the building’s large window spans can be ‘blacked-out’ for presentations via automated Mecho shades. This room also features rows of banquettes, lining the building’s perimeter, which provide additional seating solutions and break out areas for Plains’ staff and guests.
