Building Excellence in Houston’s Uptown

As the company continues to expand, Maryland-based multifamily capital provider Walker & Dunlop outgrew their original Houston offices. Firm leaders were ready to relocate to a new space, so they engaged O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to construct their new offices in the trendy Uptown area of Houston. The build included a breakroom, reception area, electric flooring devices, dHive blocking, and multiple breakout and gathering spaces. The space was designed to be clean and simple to provide a spacious look. To achieve this, the space was finished with a grey and blue color story, wooden wall paneling, open ceilings with LED elements, and minimalist furniture. Furniture feed circuitry was dispersed throughout the space so that employees can benefit from using as much of the various spaces as possible.
